Major rewrite/cleanup of client/server shared entity system. Gamemodel moved to shared entity (was tempentity). Added MakeStatic hack for shared entity (write entity copy to the init string). Added signals feature for shared ents, meaning different update types rather sending full update each time, thats for animating gamemodels.
