- dull thunder sounds (heared in houses & dungeons)- lightning effect to houses and dungeons- cryptwnd cubefilter (cryptwnd1.psd) and example cubefilter map (to export cubemap from it, import photoshop_actions.atn into photoshop actions window, edit saving paths in all 'save' actions, and run it)- new version of q3map2 with several fixes

more work on ziegsturhl inn, added window, working on second floormenu: changed some options on 'high' graphics menuradiant: added smooth sampling to default light path, removed super 3, super 4 paths because they are too memory consuming, removed 'patch entities' item because it's broken, removed super 2 radiocity light path because it is too long.
