making subtitles eventually let me create proper Control Mind spell, working on it. At moment flay artifacts are replaced with control mind effect. Remove some unused files.

Lots of changes. Add overhead subtitles (see game options) with ability to split up subtitle into several phrases. a tag should be placed in subtitle, where seconds is time from what this phrase will start showing. Phrases are faded between just like subtitles. Since we are supporting both classic and overhead subtitles two more tags added: [] and {}. The [strings] will not be visible in classic subtitles, the string in {} will not be visible in overhead one. This allows us to make slightly different structure of phrases for both subtitle types. "cl_cmd playspeech" is modified to test everything. More work on the way. Need to rerun testinstallstion.cmd!

add kain's quotes for all items (not yet in inventory), add first infomark in crypt, near save device, changed nsx parser (any separators is allowed in new syntax). Added per-map speech files (now defined in maplist). Other fixes. Rerun installationscript.cmd.
