All maps recompilation to fix a numerous issues:- all maps are optimized which gives a 5% less HDD space- terrain materials not only using one render material per pair (and 4 meta materials), which give a slightly better performance by reducing draw calls- all 4 spikes textures merged into single font texture which gives better performance with lights- w1m4-wilderness-cave location is progressing, now includes the -passage part- fixed ash material scaling- all optimization fixes a 5 fps magic light bug in wolf cave (which was caused by the 8k+ draws)

Map build: Fixed bug with compile times not shown (by using dateformat.exe function from unix tools).Q3map2: fixed a crash and indexes damage in -optimize stage.Build menu: added optimize stage to all full builds.
