RwgTex: fix bug with sRGB textures compression (textures being converted to sRGB twice).Should re-generate DDS textures in order to take effect.

Cumulative patch:- Scale2X rescaling applied to tiles and sprites is replaced by superior xBRz scaler- All maps now use sRGB lightmaps (will be updated on new build)- Fixed bugs with sRGB YCG2 compressed textures- increased quality of shadow deviance- Release build quality now double deviance light count which makes better penumbra
