Cleaned up all warnings to not have "\n" in the end (it included automatically).Decorator improved, major cleanup (yet again). Now it can save editing results.Added a very basic feature of "rain drips" effect - a drips from roofs etc. (point set in decorator). Not omtimised at all. Testing required. Cvar "cg_rain_drips" controls effect appearance 0 - no drips, 1 - simple drips, 2 - hi-quality drips (with splash effect). Delete your config.cfg.

Make rain follow camera in decorator.Tweak wet effect.Fix bug with item sounds (and all csqc sound) being not played.

Fixes on wet effect, moved night desaturate effect to r_glsl_postprocess, commented out all other postprocess effects (blur, sharpen, tonemapping) because there aren't used anyway and eat FPS for branching.

Larger weather-related patch:- added second clouds texture, established blend stuff for it- added thunder sounds- added rain sounds- stars not less visible when cloudiness is high- weather now correctly transferred between levels- added "remap" modifier to NetherGen- some other fixes on weather system
