Almost finishing cleanup of NetherCode v1.0. Adding new button pic and button font to menu.

At least i figured out howto separate MenuScript to something more cool and modular. New "NetherCode" system is crafted, ready for some mods that will make menu scripting even powerful.

Several minor fixes here and there, added menu sounds. Updated todo, extension list. Added very beginning of work on separate MenuScript into NetherCode - an simple prog language used on menu and other functions.
