crypt2a optimized, world-merged spikes/coal moved to automatically merged bmodels (like trees). To achieve this, two new decore groups get added - "foliage" and "interior". func_roof now really not drawed with overhead cam (was drawed twice). Added hint brushes (they make culling more precize). +20% FPS at me.

Bugfix patch: camera now fixed to the start position when level starts, fixed game lag (shadowmap calculation for one frame) when enter graveyard on graphics mode "high". Player now automatically dropped to floor on spawn (in case of start spots placed higher than needed).
