Added lexer config for Notepad++ that i use with QuakeC/NetherScript. Removed timview and soulspiral from utils as they aren't used anymore.

Blood Pill: now exporting raw to separate folders instead of whole folder with 30k+ files.

More work on menu. Fixed win1251 font. Added starting section of video menus. Improved options. Menu system improvements & fixes: - Restored onClick event call on embedded items. - Keyrouter now can dynamically change link ('link' var in transformOut) and can output to multiple links (vars 'link2', 'link3', 'link4) - onDataRefresh event renamed to dataRefresh and will override system one if used - Parser: add "NewClass X" construction to change class of object, used in "Drive*" and "With" constructins. Menu system: add multiple search queries combined in one where previous query become starting point for new one. Like: [Config:Graphics][##next next].
