some work on gog monster, has no entity def yet. Blood Pill modified for advanced palette and alpha replacement which allows to make separate normal and additive sprites for single monster (and it's used widely for gog attack & death effects). New pillars map version with extended lightning, fixed bugs and new graphics for dimension pillar.

Weather reworked, viewtint reworked, removed unnesessary multiplying to make colors clean. Night is now darker, but because of multiplying removal it looks brighter than before. Sharpen effect only active at night. Made night desaturation have less effect. Tweaked bloom. Added smooth z camera movement. Hopefully removed bug with player being stuck in floor.
