Fixes for blood effects:
- new renderer (fog fixed, added a bit of alpha blend)
- new textures (upscaled BO versions)
- blood now fades away
- removed 'blood stains saved on map re-enter' feature (actually, blood is removed if it stays longer than 1 game hour).
