Blood Pill:- added -nc switch (use before -bigfile -tim2tga etc) - disables caption- removed 'first offset' debug print

forgot to add a .bat for tga2tim

Blood Pill - lots of advantages:- made packer recalc offsets in case bigger/lesser files are added- added basic tim2tga- added unfinished tga2tim (only makes 8-bit TIM)- fix many bugs

Added TIM files reading, not yet exporting them to TGA

Blood Pill: - pill.big may have funky entries with zero len, safely handle this- fix double definitions of 3 fines in klist.txt
