wilderness - test terrain from Q'Linar with a nice unwrap and multimaterial mesh

maps : massive cleanup, unused levels removed, all test levels begins with test_.all ASE/3DS/OBJ files moved to models/maps/ , dont commit it to maps anymore+ tools are also moved to kain_devkit

maps cleanup: pillar.map -> pillars.mapmoved pil.ASE -> models/maps/pillars/terrain.ase

maps cleanup: props -> models/maps/crypt2/

maps cleanup: move all mapshots from maps -> gfx/maps/

gfx folder cleanup: gfx/map -> gfx/worldmap

more work on installer, still not working
