cumulative patch:- add missing statue to crypt2- fix apples texture in prologue2.map- new water shader- changed day-light cycle options- made blue blood drinking work- updated monster timepattern stuff, will explain later- added "ethereal state" of monsters, bugged- removed starting static weather conditions for a while (the kains being awoke as vampire at rain)- added some bugs since some gamecode was rewritten, will be fixed nextcommits
