There are some bugs found in bloodmap64 (primarily lack of decals in compiled maps). Use 32-bit bloodmap for BSP and VIS phases until bugs are fixed.

64-bit version of bloodmap which removes 4gb memory limit (outdoor locations requires large amount of memory).Also removed LowMem tracing optimizations from .build scripts (because they are not need to be used anymore).
