BO raw types documented

small fixes

blood pill - added BO1.csv (filenames for pill.big hashes from Rackot, originally done by Ben Lincoln). Type4 raw scanner modified - +2 files got extracted (they are duplicates though).

fix bug with rawinfo being not loaded from klist when file was automatically interpreted

fix redefinition error

0E031007 not readed properly (thanks again Rackot!). Now can read filenames from BO1.csv.

fix a nasty bug in raw->tga exporter, thanks Andrey [Rackot] Grachev!
