Cumulative patch:- outdoor maps reworked with softer lightning- outdoor maps now using BIH and lesser lightmaps- new version of Ziegsturhl- not using collision brushes on trees anymore (outdoor maps now have lesser size)- GLSL shader fixes for deluxemapping and terrain- added system texture common/blackshadow- some fixes on Magic Light spell (now properly lits up NPC, do not cast fade-in on spell re-cast if spell is already active)- rain drips made slower- engine modified to support custom Q3 materials (custinfoaprms.txt) on BIH- fixed division by zero on NetherGen- added very grude code of 3D text (will be used as text objects placed on walls), see ziegsturhl with lighteditor for eastern egg
