Gameplay/editor/menu fixes:Increased trees draw distance in low camera mode (to reduce bugs with trees now drawn in water reflection).Separate deathtype definition for all monsters.entity class: _decal renamed to misc_decal.Fixed each-frame restarting of localized textures.Menu: data list items now force default if current value is not in list.
