Bugfix/Menu patch:- fix monsters not killed by zone_spike- monsters AI will not go thru zone_spike- monsters cannot go thru speed slopes (like walls on crypt maps)- added script/menu/build.ns2 which holds buildinfo- better support for widescreen monitors- fixed coal shader (again)- use default female02 skin for captives- fia a bug in crypt2 with missing coal_shelf
