A couple of fixes for ziegsturhl houses: reset entity saveId's (there were several duplicate/missed SaveId's), marked exits with exit light (although i'm not satisfied with lighting yet), added missed roof to the inn second floor, mark secret forge portal with light, reduced ambient occlusion to make location brighter, set proper attachment for sconce flames, removed lightmap shadows from dynamic misc_gamemodels.
