Bugfix patch, some bugs is still present (for example bad reenter on puzzle trigger): - trying avoid wrong zone attachment on level re-enter - fix bad train positino on reenter - mostly fix wrong frame on misc model on reenter - fix badly restored pushables - added version number to per-level entity cache saving for future changes

cleanups(removed QC-array weather since there is buffers, moved saved levels to buffers). Added nice fadein effect at level start (cg_fadestart). Removed "cmd savegame" (presaving routines), now standart "save x" works.

add worldmap with very basic controls, fix minor bug with blood (could drink any monster once press feed button on very start of the map)

Fixed several bugs on blood feeding (entity died or damaged during feed etc.). Blood flask restores 30 health points (big flask restores 60). Gravedigger's and brigand feeding adds 30 points, ghoul feeding (spell not implemented yet) takes 20 points. Added blood poisoning (drain is 1 point per second). Maked antitoxin work. For testing only - gravediggers now have poison blood (will be reverted back next commits).

fixpack:New formula min(40, max_health / 3) for Heart Of Darkness.Menu options made smaller for courtesy of future options.Water shader now has quality option.Fix for ghoul painsound and bleeding.Thunder sounds not so lour now.
