Fresh NetRadiant build:

• Fixed GTK-related crashes
• Fonts rendering works again (show sizes of selected stuff, window statistics, texture names etc.)
• More small fixes

Working on locations:

• Added three entrance points to w1m4-wilderness
• Fixed badly exported .ASE models (missing '}' char in the materials list, seems like a max exporter error)
• Renamed w1m4 and w1m5 terrains
• Recompiled w1m4 caves
• Fixed second w1m4->w1m3 entrance

Several launcher fixes: 

• WinExec instead of ShellExec to hush a 'published unknown' warning screen.
• Close form after engine is actually launched.
