Time spent since game was started and keeped from level to level.
In Blood omnicide gametime is represented by vector:
- x - days since game started
- y - day hours
- z - hour minutes
So '5 21 31' represents day 5, 21 hour 31 minutes.
Known constants
- Kain starts a game at day 0 ~8 PM
- When Kain is being ressurected as vampire, gametime day 4 ~8 PM
