PK3 file is a renamed ZIP file, used in Id Tech 3 - powered games.
PK3 is supported by Darkplaces Engine and therefore used by Blood Omnicide.
PK3 files usually can be viewed, extracted and created using ZIP archive tools, such as 7Zip and WinRar.
