This category holds pages marked {{WIP}}. This allows pages to show up in special category in Community Portal.
WIP stands for Work-In-Progress. User mark article with this if he is working on significant changes and want no one to edit a page.
Some users forgot their WIP pages however, so if you are see page with WIP mark and it wasnt edited more than 2 weeks, you can remove a WIP mark.
